A day comprises of 96 fifteen-minute blocks. In this audio program, Jason shares the philisophy behind the “Focus to Finish” mindset.
Hi there ,
Consider how much information you look at or listen to in a typical workday.
So, we suggest you build in 15 minutes in the afternoon to review your notes, ideas and “halfway complete thoughts.” You may catch some things that slipped through the cracks and need to be handled soon. You may notice a theme of certain projects or people that take up a majority of your time, and reschedule them to a different part of your day to make time for other priorities.
The value of this debrief time is to notice your work habits and encourage the ones that support you and eliminate the ones that do not.
After you click "Play" you can change the playback speed.
